Lawrence read law at Birmingham University before qualifying as a solicitor in 1994. He spent his last 4 years as a solicitor at Kennedys before calling time on his legal career to join EJ Legal in 2001.

Lawrence was an associate director at EJ Legal specialising in London partner recruitment and team moves until he co-founded Mouland Bloom.

He has a reputation as a leading name in partner and team moves and is known for his professionalism, integrity and commitment to his candidates.

Lawrence loves all things sport related, especially Manchester United.
