Jane graduated in history from Leeds University and subsequently trained with Berwin Leighton (now BLP). She practised as a commercial property lawyer on qualification but in 1996, when the prospect of discussing service charge provisions in leases became too much to bear, she embarked on a career in legal recruitment.

She was an associate director in the partner team at EJ Legal for a number of years before joining Mouland Bloom.

Jane has specialised in partner and team moves for many years and is regarded as a leading name in the market. She has a loyal client base who value her judgment and integrity; other clients (who shall remain nameless) value her extensive knowledge of Coronation Street and Strictly Come Dancing.
