Mouland Bloom is a specialist legal recruitment consultancy focused on partner level and senior lawyer appointments, team moves and mergers. Operating within the London private practice market, we have over three decades of experience representing the City, US, Midtown and West End firms. Our directors are long established names in the industry and work almost entirely from personal recommendation - meaning that most of our candidates instruct us on an exclusive basis.

If we are unable to help, we will gladly point you in the right direction.

Although most of our candidates come to us via referral, we supplement our network by advertising in the principal legal media, by database selection and by search in specific circumstances.
